Fault 542CWK170713 was reported for SLOW and hap hazard speeds.

The line was "TESTED" from their side but never from the premises.

I reported this fault and followed up on it 3 times without any joy.

For 4 months I ran stable at 8.2MBytes now I have the pleasure of anything from 1 upto 6 and thats all.
