I have a contract with 8ta and for the past 6months they are unable to activate Call Identity on my phone.
I'm paying for the CLI service and it was supposed to be activated a few times but still everytime I recieve a call it shows as a private number.
It is very irratating not knowing who is calling you.
I feel like cancelling the contract.
