Failure to activate sim

I was contacted by Yello Mobile about 2 or 3 weeks ago offering me a contract phone, which I took. Firstly, delivery took longer than it was supposed to. That was poor service. Secondly, the agent who contacted me made it clear that the sim cards will be activated 24 hours after I recieve the phone. I got the phone on the 4th of June and 24 hours later it was still not activated. 48 hours later... same story. I contacted Yello Mobile on the 8th of June and the RUDE agent who took my call said it would be activated on Monday (10th June). And that did not happen. I called today (11th June) and I was given a number that I had to call to activate the number. I did that and I was told it would be done in the next 2 to 24 hours. Im just waiting to see if that will happen. I found it annoying that I had to keep calling to have the activation done.
My thoughts on Yello Mobile is that they are very unreliable, dont have good customer service and know nothing about timely delivery. I would not recommend this company even if I would be paid to.
