MTN DO NOT HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS

The consumer upgraded his contract and received a Blackberry 9000 on 27th March 2013, to date the consumer has only received unsatisfactory service from MTN and its outlets. Consumer has complained about faults on the phone and has returned the phone to your company on numerous occasions whereby the phone had been repaired, replaced with a refurbished phone and sent back and forth from Century city branch and Montague gardens. NONE of their replacement phone have worked...
The consumer is requesting that this phone be replaced with a new phone and not a blackberry as the consumer is paying for a new phone that he does not have the use of the product. Client does not want to cancel contract they just want a NEW phone... Please could someone from MTN assist us as it is impossible to get assistance at the branches or at the call centre, you just get transferred from one consultant to the next, no one wants to help. It is frustrating...!!!
