HANDED MY OVER BUT GOT NO FEED BACK ON ANY CALLS

This account is going on the last statement I got I made the full payment on statement now it just stop. No statements no phone call but i am handed over. How does Cell C talk to there clients then. Let anybody phone me back Please. I also left various messages that somebody must phone me back.
