Failure to supply with an ITC numbe

On the 23 july my mums phone got, we found mtn 173 number to get assistance with an itc number or ck number so that we can be able to report the matter to the police and open a case to get assistance with our insurance claim but we have not received any assistance. my mum called mtn they kept on telling her to phone after certain times and on all occasions no one could provide feedback. I called mtn on her behalf I spoke to a Kenneth he took the details and asked me to call again at around 6 I would have receive the itc number, the at 6pm I phoned and spoke to nokhuthula who said the problem is been escalated to the blacklisting department I must call again at 5pm the following day. it seems like I will be phoning mtn everyday and no one can provide me with the number. I am being sent from pillar to post and its totally unacceptable and of inconvenience to us because my mother is sitting without a phone just because mtn cannot provide us with an itc number.
