We often complain about bad service and yet we are so quick to forget when you receive a good one. I would like to thank Leigh-Ann Soobramoney who assisted me with my upgrade. she was prompt & efficient from the beginning till the end. She delivered on her promise and followed up. You hardly get such, sales people, they are so quick to sell you a product but they don't care what happens to you after the sale. But I was shockingly surprise by the enthusiastic she has for her job. Thank you and to the courier company that delivered the phone. They were on time and kept the time as promise. What caught me is when you Leigh-Ann followed it after the delivery you went an extra mile. WELL DONE and KEEP IT UP
