Doubling amount

After my contract has ended they have now doubled my amount. I signed for 149 not 400 a month.. they dont even have the decency to inform their customers. The service ia bad. I request tor the credit to be passed as this is very unfair.i will only pay the 149. i am very unhappy with the service.
