A collegue, my wife and I all qualify for upgrades. All of us specifically asked for the same package keeping our original number. All of us got our new unitsand all of us are have been given new numbers- when we did not want them!!! Trying to be a good oke-trying to save them hassle, I contacted the call centre and was bounced back and forth trying to see if someone could perhaps flick a few switches and remove the new number and transfer the new contract onto my old number- I wasted 2 hours of my time on that! Now the phones have to be collected and replaced- what does that cost and how do they bill it into future price increases? More agravating is a call centre person telling me I selected to have a new number when I have had my current business number for 15 or more years!!!
