I have been with nashua for about 3 years. the last 2 years has become painful to say the least. phone lines are disconnected after hours (their call center is closed). old call charges from networks appear up to 3 weeks late. if you get soft-locked, you cant call there call center, not even voice mail! I dont even get my sms which is setup to warn me if I exceed R100 airtime even though they are able to cut me off when it then gets to R300 (very convenient as i never get the first message at all, only the second one)! If you call them, you have the pleasure of paying to be on hold. I don't receive my statements anymore via email, strangely when i call in though i can have them resent for a fee of R10 and then strangely i receive them as a once off! my contract states that BIS will be provided free of charge for the full 24 months however I am now charged for it (call center says they can do nothing about it). Due to late charges coming though, call limits get hit often. I have now been told this morning that not only do i have to pay to call them, there will now be a R20 charge to increase a call limit every time starting next month!
