Clueless Employees make for bad business

This morning I called 2 Vodacom stores to try and find out the cost of a battery and battery cover for my Sony Xperia Ray which is on contract with Vodacom, The agent who answered the call says she doesnt know prices and they dont sell it. The same story at the kenilworth branch! Surely if they sold me the phone they should be able to source me replacement parts? Or even be able to find out what it goes for instead of blowing me off! I mean seriously how lazy are these people, no one is asking them to do anything extraordinary. They just need to assist and do their bladdy jobs! I called at 09.02 this morning and its an hour later and the store manager in canal walk has yet to call back. Truly pathetic service! I explained to the girl that the battery seems to be bulging and I inquired as to whether or not that is a fault which is covered by the guarantee and she was clueless! Maybe this will get someones attention and get me the service I so rightfully deserve!
