Incorrectly Charged After Renewing Contract

I renewed my contract a month ago. this month i got my bill and it was incorrect. I advised Nashua Mobile who indicated that this has been resolved. To my horror come debit order date this has not been resolved. Nashua took over R5000 from my account as a result and now they are telling me that i have to wait for 5 - 7 days to get my money back. in the mean time, what about my debit orders and other financial needs that i cannot do or take care of bcoz i am short funds?
