Incorrect Debit dates

I updated my bank details for the debit orders to go through and confirmed this several times with the different contact centre agents, debit order all of a sudden goes off on the 15th as opposed to the last day of the month for the past 2 years. Requested the agent to get the billing department to call me but nothing for the past 2 weeks. I get billed for my itemised billing to be posted to me and have not received it for 2 months yet im still being billed. Sitting with unpaid charges and still no call from the billing department. Im at Wits end now.
