Cell C told me they have a query with regards to my derbit that was derbited on my account and there was no case opened on their system with regards to this. Phoned Cell C and find out if they have a case and give me the case number to do a followup as I need to send in my Bank Statement.
That was bad as I didn't get any help from the call centre. Always they promise something and they don't full fill that. Just tired of the serves and response. Always promise and don't deliver...
