Worst ISP eve

A line was reported three months ago and is still a problem, it gets reported every day for weeks and no support is given. Once you do get put to a manager they say they will call you back and nothing happens. They always blame other providers such as Telkom and never come to a conclusion. THIS IS THE WORST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! I cannot understand how they can run a company like they do.
