Mweb
Three months later still a problem

I have had better support only after I reported Mweb on Hello Peter, but the problem still continues. This is going on for months now. The line that has been reported is a Doctors line. They keep reporting it and saying it will get sorted out and it never does. This is getting ridiculous. There has only been one Technician that has been very helpful (Lutho Gadu). Otherwise I have not gotten the support that is promised. I just want this to get sorted out.
