Once again Vox lets us down!

At 11:25am our internet goes, so i phone Vox to find out whats going on and we have hit our cap so i ask Johnny to top us up, 10 minutes later still no Internet so i phone and get to speak to the wonderful Jane and she confirms that we have been topped up, puts me on hold to get hold of Telekom, no problem there so Jane suggests the problem is on our side so best to get an IT guy out -. 2 hours later the IT guys can't find a problem. So we phone Vox again at 15:37pm to see what is going on... OOOOOPPPPPSSSSS we fogot to top you up!!! We have lost so much business today because Vox have employed a bunch of idoits!!! Our phones and emails are connected to the Internet!!! Thank you Vox for proving you are useless once again!!!
