Paying for BIS & DATA on a Contract

Between December to January, I have Paid Vodacom Over 1500-00. Vecause of their Stupidity!!!
I Got My Bill in December and there was an R120-00 DATA Charge but yet I am Using Blackberry and Paying BIS.
I phoned the Accounts Department and they cant Tell me where and when the DATA Charges where From. This Is the Utmost Pathetic service I have Gotten, and to top it off they cut my Line Cause I DIDNT want to Pay it!!!

So I Will take this matter furthe
