Cell C
Bad Very Bad Service!!!

I Have 3 contracts with Cell C and never had a problem up and until I did my contract for my I-pad. I struggled for 3 months to go onto the apps and internet after calling them time and time again they did not solve the problem till I went to the branch and they fixed it so I have lost 3 months data that I could not use. Second I have phoned Customer care to do a upgrade on one of my contracts on 16/07/2013 and when I did the lady told me that I can get the Black Berry Q5 in black, white or blue and I said to her I want the white phone. I phoned them on Monday and they told me that they were out of stock. they said that they will get back to me but never did. Yesterday I also phoned and once again they said that they will get back to me and once again they did not contact me again. Today I phoned them and they dropped the phone 4 times in my ear. I am really disappointed in Cell C's service and will not recommend any one to take a contract with them.
