BAD SERVICE THEN BAD AND ATTITUDE

I tried all Cape Town Cell C shops for a Blackberry Bold 9900 WHITE. On 30 May 13 I gave up and called the Cell C customer Careline UG Dept, Sitembile helped upgrading my contract, she had a WHITE Blackberry 9900. I specifically explained that I couldn't find a WHITE one in the stores, I do'nt want a black one. She ensured me that she had a White one. I needed it asap as mine wasnt working anymore. I received the Blackberry via RAM couriers on 4 June 13 I was so thankful. The courier stayed, had to see if phone is right, I opened bag, we saw it was a black phone! I was dissapointed! Cell C said courier must take it back. Courier refused. Phoned Sitembile but unsuccessful, I tried to get supervisor (Linda) who was in meeting she would call back, but still waiting. I phoned again an hour later was told to speak to Jakes van Schalkwyk, he was in meeting. Phoned again and spoke to him. He would investigate, never got back to me. Couriers fetched phone 10 June. Phoned Jakes again he asked me why I want to know if he is black! I was speechless. He spoke loud and very rude infront of his staff. I have not received the correct phone and contract has not been cancelled as I requested
