BEWARE!!! NO COMMUNICATION / DON'T DO REFUNDS

After making a purchase on their site on the 31st of May 2013, I received an incomplete order and 1 of the units was not working... after numerous emails (and not getting a response back), I eventually drove from the South of JHB to Pretoria to their store... after a promise that their driver would delivery the balance of the order that afternoon I left... I received no feedback and had to follow up with them once again (no driver arrived). Eventually I asked to rather be refunded for the missing item and the item not working (13 June 2013)... after many requests for the refund, being promised many time that the refund would be processed... I've now reach my limit after waiting for more than a month now... I mailed them telling them my intention to open a report on this site if I don't get my refund, but apparently it doesn't phase them... No response back from them.

Be Warned... They do not provide feedback when you mail them, they make empty promises which they have no intention of fulfilling when the make them. How their business is still running is beyond me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! (unless you enjoy being given the run around)
