I bought an IPhone 5 from auto page in February 2013 for cash and on the 21of July it switched off because battery was low and it wouldn't charge or be on again. On the 22I took it in and explained the problem, the technician opened & charged it and told me that there is traces of liquid. He had to boost it with some equipment for it to charge and he asked me to go charge it again which I did, it was charging very slow. When I went to bed it was 60% charged & I woke up @ 3am it was off again. I went back on the 23 the technician was not there & Malcom who assisted me had a bad attitude. I asked to speak to a manager & explain that the phone was hardly 5 months, he told me she just walked out as I came in and that was about a minute past. I asked if can call her back he said no she's going to break her fast and when I persuaded that she's might still be close by, this guy went on about how the manager has been working from 9am without food and how family comes first and if he would be called home for his son he would leave me there. I asked if there is someone else he said no. When I commented that customer service is clearly not one of their top priority he said unfortunately.
