Asked twice for Add-on data and nothing added

In the last two months, i have phoned their "customer service " department to add data to my account. only to see that nothing is added or communicated to me. and also being charged for it on my account.

all i want is to phone you and add data, it bad enough that i cant add it myself like vodacom customers can

what gives guys?
such a ball ache to add or do anything with you
