Cell C
Charged for itmized billing but dont receive any

From May last year I have been invoiced for itemized billing by CellC, which I have discontinued when I did my cell upgrade. I queried this three times with Cell C already. The first time they told me that it is mandatory and closed the query. The second time they called me but I was unavailable and the closed the query. The third time I queried this (ref 3070801670) on the 08.07.13, they still did not contact me. I requested my account to be credited from May last year. Could you please help?
