2 Months and Cell C has still not sorted the query

I have queried numerous time with cell c regarding incorrect billing on my account! I have numerous references stating its sorted, yet nothing has been sorted to date! All cases have been escalated how many times every time I phone to query... HOW ON EARTH IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE QUERY IS STILL NOT SORTED?
everything has been approved, yet nothing is reflecting on the account?
I am not able to stop the debit order, so I am being forced to cancel the debit order at the bank itself...
With every Hello Peter report, I get an apology and am told someone will phone me that day - yet that also never occurs... WHAT THELL!
Does anyone know how to do their work at Cell c?

it is impossible to contact the billing department directly - because its a back office department - that clearly doesn't know how to do their jobs!
