Cell C
Poor service from Cell C

I have logged a query with Cell C on 13-05-2013 for migrating my contract to a different package. It is now the 30-05-2013 and nothing has happened. I was contacted on 25-05-2013 to confirm the migration and now 5 days later still nothing. I eventually switched off the phone as it is costing me lots of money on data due to the fact that Cell C is dragging their feet. I had the same fight with them not to long ago to migrate one of my contracts with the same result. They only migrated my other contract two weeks after logging the query. I have been phoning every day for the past week only to get cut off or to be told the same story "someone will contact you tomorrow" and this never happens.
