BAD CREDIT RECORD BECAUSE OF MTN

After purchasing a laptop from MTN about 3 months ago, they NEVER debited the instalment from my account. I went to the nearest branch to find out WHY! Then the lady working there told me " I " need to call 808 to ask why. I called NUMEROUS time but I never got through to ANYONE at their call centre. A week ago I got an sms. WARNING your account is overdue please insure that you pay. Excuse me? Now you want to deduct a lumb sum from my salary plus I get a bad name at ITC because you didnt do your job??!!
