I called telephone orders on the 12 july at about 3 pm to order a new phone and they promised to have it delivered on Wednesday 17th july for the latest. I also emailed the necessary form to port my old no to Vodacom on Saturday the 13th of july. today is Friday 19th july and after many promises to call me back. no one from Vodacom has bothered to call me back. I CALLED THEM 4 TIMES AND NOT ONCE DID THEY CALL BACK SHAME ON THEM . AT THE END OF THE MONTH I MAKE SURE I PAY MY CELLPHONE ACCOUNT. I KEEP MY PROMISE... DO THEY KEEP THEIRS?
