NOT A HAPPY CELLC CUSTOMER!!!

I went into CellC Canal Walk for an upgrade yesterday, where i was assisted by Lezarne Lyners, who processed my upgrade in a very friendly and helpful manner. She informed me that the Sim swap would take effect within the following two hours.By this morning, 1 September 2013, the swap had still not changed over. I then called the call centre at 08:30 this morning, where I spoke to Shelton who advised me that the Sim swap was never entered onto the system but that he had logged a case and that the Sim Swap security team would contact me within the next four hours in order for the swap to take effect.By 15:00 this afternoon, when I had still not received a call as promised, I called the call centre once again and spoke to Thabisile who informed me that the Sim swap security team only works from Mondays to Fridays and would therefore only call me tomorrow!! I'm very disappointed with the level of service I've received from Cellc where the fun and excitement of upgrading as been spoilt. I'm sitting with a phone I'm being billed for but cannot use. I've been a CellC customer for years but in instances like these, I find it difficult to defend CellC as my network carrier of choice.
