I have been with cell c for the past 4 years. They recently added a service called get it it is supposed to be R36 a month but I am paying R136 for this service. I have laid countless complaints and all I'm told is that it's a system problem n I will be refunded. I'm still waiting for the refund and I'm still getting billed. I'm not happy with cell c I gave them permission to take money I should be paying not my account. I'm very disappointed I'm not renewing my contract.
