I have posted my original query on 13 July and it was apparently sorted out by Rebecca on the same day (a Saturday), with which I was very impressed! Only to find out on the 15th that both lines have been blocked again. These lines were down for a week, but were re-instated after Colly phoned me back and gave me R600 worth of airtime to compensate for their mistakes. All the people... Rebecca, Colly, Kenneth have admitted that it is a Virgin Mobile mistake, but after my last call with Colly I am still awaiting final clarity on the following:
1) Will the 1, 000 sms's be credited every month for the duration of the contract? Apparently it is not possible with the phones I received, although this was never told to me.
2) What will be the amount of my next invoice?
All I am looking for is to finalise the issue...

I wonder how long before I get final clarity on the issue (s)?
