Called the call centre AGAIN... an she was very Rude... not willing to assist, n refused to get her team leader for me... MTN big time they delivered the phone and its not working... worse they dont want me to cancell the contract... n they are not willing to collect de phone to be repaired or replaced!!!
den I one of the teamleader called me and promise me that they will collect de phone .. worse she gave incorrect info to the RTT Couriers guys... Im still stuck with the useless phone!!!
