I've used Cell C as my only Internet SP in the past three odd years. Thus far I have experienced good coverage and fair to good speed, which is a requirement as I work from home and require internet service 24/7. I have a 2gig deal as well as the giga 200 deal as additional plan. I am in a hsda coverage area according to the coverage map. The good service stopped two weeks ago.

I contacted the closest branch two weeks ago as I had little to no signal for two days. They advised me to come in to the branch (Mall@Reds). An update was done to my 3g dongle and it appeared as though the service was more stable. This was during the day. When 6pm comes the signal deteriorates to a point where i cannot even check emails. This lasts up till 10pm, wherafter it improves again.

Sometimes during the day, data disconnects frequently as well and download speeds are fluctuating from extremely poor to extremely good signal. No improvement!!!

I'm of the opinion that the current service infrastructure cannot handle the mount of data/users in the area. Please prove me wrong and come up with a solution Cell C. If the current situation prevails I will be forced to fork out more to a steady SP.
