Poor coverage

I am now for 3 months with a problem of poor signal and data connection with Cell C, I have spoken to technical department who have troubleshooted and logged a service request to network who have proved to be useless, I went on to Cell C Facebook page and happen to read a lot of complaints related to mine, I gave up then realising that this is not an individual case but a general problem throughout the country, what is goin on here?? why is that a lot of people in diffrent arears are compaining of loss of signal and poor data connection, have a read on link below and provide me with an anwer of what is goin on with CellC, Do not offer to call or email me as that is forever promise and not done provide me with an answer on this platform
And please enlighten in wherether the Cell C Facebook page is regulated by the network because I fail to understand why there are so many complaints of a similar problem but the network shows no concern
