17 September 2012 Troy came and Installed a splitter so we could use our DSTV in a new room, but after a few weeks a few channels stopped working we didnt think it was the installation at first and cost us R400.

On the 1 February 2013 we called them back and George and Lee came and did nothing to fix the problem then left and we paid R300 and when they touched the dish it made more channels break.

On the 5 February 2013 called them back and in the morning we bought a Twin LNB for R280 since they wanted to charge R600 for one since my friends suggested it was the splitter causing the problems with the channels. They came and took out the splitter and put in the Twin LNB we had to buy to fix our DSTV and still had to pay them R300.

We would have been stuck without DSTV forever if we didnt go and buy the Twin LNB ourselves and tell them to put it in and to take out the faulty splitter after that our DSTV was 100% better.

So would like R600 refunded for the callouts since we had to use our petrol to buy the items and take time off work (not including the cable and splitter cost).

Tried posting here twice before and got a totally unrelated response
