ABSOLUTELY USELESS

This company was originally called to our premises to fine tune a problem with the electric fence interfering with our DSTV connection. They left both DSTV connections much worse off than before they arrived and after 3 VISITS AND ONE DECODER SWOP their only solution was FOR US to get yet another decoder and take both decoders to a multichoice to link them. All they left us was a broken DSTV connection and a R2, 000 bill!!! Which they had the cheek of getting the police involved when we did not pay.
We called another company in to fix the problem and it was sorted WITHOUT ANY DECODER SWAPPING OR CALL BACKS. Just another bill which WE had to pay.
AERIAL EXCELLENCE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE TO SAY THE LEAST AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYBODY!!!
