Data contract still not cancelled

I have been into the vodacom store at clearwater mall to speak to the manager as per my previous complaint. I was billed for extra data usage to which i disputed. i asked for an itemised billing which i have still not received. i also asked for my contract to be cancelled as i was given incorrect advice by the sales person who issued my contract. My contract has still not been cancelled. Neither have i been using the contract as i assumed it to be cancelled. It has already been 2months and my contract hasnt been cancelled nor have i received my itemised billing. This matter needs to go to a higher level as the branch staff seem incompetant.
