I have an MTN contract mobile phone which i took sometime last year at MTN Brackenfell Hyper for R350/ month. It so happened sometime 2 months ago, my personal MTN details (Bank A/C, ID, proof of res) were compromised and a total of 4 mobile phones worth close to R5, 000/month were taken under my details which i am not aware of. My bank account was debited, went into over draft accruing bank changes.

Reported the case at Brackenfell police as and the case was sent to the MTN Waterstone in Suumerset West which the phones were taken. Called in to ask who did approve and signed the deal and they didn't give any valid answer. I did reversed the OD at the bank and MTN is sendind sms that i still have to pay till my own phone was suspended which i always pay every month. I took an unpaid day off at work to try and resolve this, and the manager Christo (0838691439) said that they going to resolve this and upto now its been 2 weeks my phone suspended and i rely on this phone as a source of my income as well. They are really financially inconveniencing me and am afraid when my salary goes in next week my bank account will be debited again.
