The worst call centre service

Hi,

I have had a contract with Cell C for a while, but have had no joy dealing with the their call centre since.

Two months ago I decided to upgrade my phone. Cell C was quick to do the upgrade and deliver my phone. It took me a good 2weeks to get my phone activated, as I would speak to atleast 3 agents in a day who all would tell me that all was in order on their side, I just need to press a few buttons and reboot my phone. After having had enough and walking around with a phone I could not even receive calls on, I decided to walk into a Cell C store on the Bluff. This is where I received service.
As if this was not enough I have been trying for over a month and a half to get my statements posted to my new address, I have spoken to over 5 people from the call centre about this. I have had to verify my details so many times that I would scream if asked to do this again. All agents confirmed that postal details were changed and that the most recent statement would be immediately posted to me. This was a month and a half ago, I'm still waiting. Today I was transfered between 4 different people and none of them could help.
I am at my wits end all I want is a posted statement.
