Call centre staff have absolutely no training

It took me 80 minutes of being on the phone to 5 different staff before a simple cancellations request could be processed. Dimples and Primrose were clueless. They first did not know what the "closer mobile top-up" option was. They each then told me I could not cancel that option as it was part of a package deal. Three times I asked for the supervisor and three times I was kept waiting for 20 minutes per occasion before being cut off each time by Telkom. Eventually I called the accounts department and a very helpful lady who did not give me her name successfully assisted with my request.
