Deaf ear to Noise

I live across the BP in Constantia Park. The Noise coming from this Service station is unbearable. The petrol attendents are very loud mouthed and inconsiderate human beings. The problem with the owner of the BP service station. The place is always dirty, riddled with the homeless who camp out at the inconvenience store, and nobody seems to do anything about the situation. Just set rules, as to be considerate to the people living in the area. There is one individual who doesn't stop whistleing. I'm going to snap one day and just punch him really hard in the snotbox. That should keep him quite. I'm so frustrated.
