No Internet access for several months

It's been several months that I struggle with my Internet access. My device shows full reception, but the access is totally unreliable and not working most days. After a couple months of this, I went to the store to file a complaint. I was told it was because of works on the line and that I should wait 2 more weeks. 3 weeks later, seeing no improvement whatsoever, I went back to file that complaint. The staff there said it should have been working by now, but that I shouldn't file a complaint and I was asked to phone the technical department. I phoned on August 15, there was no problem their side, and they said they would have the Network team come back to me within 7 days. I still haven't heard from them, and Internet is still not working. This is the 4th month I am paying for a service I don't actually have. And it's harming my business and the quality of my work, so I am now looking for real solutions. If nothing is solved very soon, I am afraid I will have to cancel my contract with Cell C.
