I have a contract with the above supplier. The handset is a Blackberry Curve and I pay additional for the BIS service. For some reason from the beginning of this month the free airtime as well as an additional R850 has been loaded onto the phone. The airtime is loaded in the day and by the next day the airtime is gone. It seems to disappear only at night whilst we are asleep.

I called the call centre on the 16th July 2013 and was advised that it is not a wasp service but data that was eating into the airtime. I was advised that an investigation would take place and I would receive feedback within 24 hours. I called the call centre back 17/07 after no feedback and they advised that they had sent me an sms and that it was data and not a Wasp service I knew that - no sms received though. I called again today and it remains to be seen what will happen.

The phone is used for BB Messenger, Facebook with no other services. It has been used this way since the phone was upgraded 18 months ago yet they now claim that it is high data usage. Come on Vodacom shine up, we pay a fortune for service and so far the money spent is not worth a thing!
