CELL C BILING AND LAYWER ACTIONS 4 YEARS LATER

In 2010 I closed my account with Cell C after the (4) x 2 year contracts has already lapsed and in November 2010 I finally spoke to a Cell C representative named Tarqyn I believe to stop the contracts and he informed me that the account was at nil balance and closed as I had requested from him.

Today I received a mail from PHOLOSA credit solutions (Ref: 00414082) stating that they got my name from the title deeds registry which is rather impressive seeing that the house is not registered on my surname. Also reference to a previous correspondence by PHOLOSA is untrue to say the least as I would have reacted to that letter as I am doing to this one.

Now no reference is made on exactly money is owed or to whom so I proceeded to call them as directed in this letter whereby the person stated that they can send me all the information if am willing to pay the account in full and that they will charge me further more for the information that they are going to send.

These contract were paid by a stop order so how exactly Three (3) years later were they not paid if the same bank account still exists.

I challenge Cell C to set the record straight.
