Thank you Cell C for an excellent resolution of a problem I had. I recently called on your Eastgate branch to upgrade my son's cell phone (on my contract) to a Samsung S4. When I got to Eastgate they didnt have stock. I then called the 140 number. I was so impressed by Cell C - within 2 days the phone was delivered and my frustration levels eased. A lady called me from Cell C in response to my hellopeter message and did everything humanly possible to ensure I was a satisfied client. Well done and congratulations on a job well done! I only need to insure the Samsung S4 now, so if someone is able to tell me how to go about this, I would appreciate it but generally, my query was resolved and handled very well. I am suitably impressed!!!
