Incompetent service & poo

I have received horrible service from MTN chilli lane, I am fed up completely with this service provider. they sell defective modems and expect life to stand still because if their incompetence's, I purchased 4 modem which had defectice firmware, I returned them to the store and they took my sim cards which are Rica'd in my name and they have my data so I need my simcards and they refuse to give them back to me. This was a month ago and I still don't have my sim cards.
