MTN 3G modem with a Vodacom SIM card??!!!

As a sizeable Corporate Account holder with NashuaMoile, we requested the Urgent replacement SIMS on 2 contracted numbers for use on 2 3G modems. Having suffered appalling service from the previous Account Executives Ridwaan and Shailesh, Nicholas Inward sent an email to our MD introducing himself as having now taken over as our Account Executive.
When a letter was sent to Nicholas requesting the replacement SIMs for 2 accounts, he sent by courrier 2 brand new MTN 3G modems, no named delivery note, no invoice, nothing! instead of the replacement SIM cards. On repeating our request for the replacement SIM cards, Nick Inward sent an email announcing that he would be visiting us and will deliver the new SIM cards personally. But instead he had a colleague, Mike, drop off 2 VODACOM SIM cards on his way home. No delivery note, no invoice, nothing!
Subsequently impossible to find out which SIM card has which number AS WELL AS .. HOW DOES THE VODACOM SIM card FUNCTION IN THE MTN MODEM???
NO REPLY, not to the emails, not to the multiple phone messages, NOTHING.
Is this what NashuaMobile calls CUSTOMER SERVICE??
