I bought a phone. Broken. Took it back on 8th day - said they'll send it to be fixed because its over 7 days. Since then, phones been faulty and has been sent to be fixed MANY times. Now its been sent in again and I was told it was liquid damaged (was never dropped in any form of liquid) so I was charged R530 (which I complained about and a very pleasant gentleman named Mark helped me and gave me a bit of a discount) after the sms to say it would be R0.00! After a long time my phone was finally fixed and I went to fetch it only to discover a new problem with the touch screen..

I am fed up with the despicable service I have received from Vodacom and I cannot for the life of me, understand how you can give a loyal customer a phone of such terrible quality. I understand the policy of 7 days, but if a phone doesn't work, it doesn't work! And the second time it should have been replaced if not repaired.
It has been weeks since I have had a working cellphone (not even a loan phone was offered to me), and I think Vodacom ought to increase their professionalism and customer service, if they wish to retain their customers!
