Ploblematic handset again with a diff bb pin

To whom it may concern
I would appreciate a consultant call me urgently regarding the following,
My handset BB Curve 9360 went in for a repair last week; it came back with a different BB pin, however with the same IMEI as stated on my box. Am I correct in saying that this possibly is a refurbished unit?

Please be advised this unit is under 6 months old and went in for repairs twice already Last week being the 2nd time). I am also experiencing a problem once again with this unit, please see details below. I am unable to furnish you with the previous job number; however, I will be willing to give you my id number telephonically.

SOS concurrently.
Calls are cut off due to this fault.
Not reading my media card.
Calls sometimes go automatically to voicemail when on an application/texting.
