I've been logging faults for a Telkom ADSL line that keeps disconnecting for weeks. Telkom just keep throttling my 2Mb line that I pay for down to 1Mb, which does not resolve the problem or mitigate it. But they keep charging me for a 2Mb line. I think I should cancel my contract or contact ICASA. THIS IS AND TELKOM!!
